Coextrusion

Precision in every layer

Abstract design with overlapping translucent red rectangles on a light gray background.

Coextrusion is an innovative plastic processing method in which several polymer layers are extruded simultaneously in a single step and combined to form a multi-layer product. In contrast to conventional extrusion, which produces only a single layer, coextrusion allows different materials with precisely defined properties to be combined in a single film or sheet.

Technology at Senoplast

Senoplast uses state-of-the-art coextrusion systems that enable precise control of the individual layers. This results in high-quality films and sheets for furniture and automotive applications that are not only aesthetically appealing, but also functional and sustainable.
