A true
success story
In 1956, at the age of 18, Wilhelm Klepsch founded the family business Senoplast in Kaprun. At that time, the use of plastics was not yet as widespread as it is today.
Wilhelm Klepsch, a founder and visionary, thought ahead. His idea was to collect and recycle old plastic material.
This also gave rise to the name Senoplast. It is a combination of the Latin word "senex" — meaning "old" — and "plast," a colloquial term for plastic.

Tradition meets innovation
Since constructing its first production hall, Senoplast has undergone a transformation, evolving from a local production company into a global leader in coextruded sheets and films.
Thanks to its many years of proven research and development expertise, Senoplast is now regarded as both a supplier of semi-finished plastic products and an integrated system partner.
Since 2013, Günter Klepsch has successfully continued the tradition of the family business.
