senosan® ABS & ABS/ASA
These special mono- and multi-layer sheets were developed to meet the highest demands from the market in respect of design and optical effect. They offer superior mechanical properties and also excellent surface quality.
In order to meet the high demands in respect of design and technology, special co-extruded composite sheets have been developed. They offer an optimum combination of necessary mechanical properties together with outstanding surface quality. The additional easyglide® layer offers advantages in subsequent processing by thermoforming. Problem-free robot sheet feed, increased rigidity of formed parts and shorter production times are advantages offered by products made from ABS + ABS/ASA.
In addition to gloss, matt and super-matt surfaces, many embossed surface designs are available. A special UV protection for external applications is also available on request. For optimum UV resistance, co-extruded sheets with a top layer of weather resistant ASA are available.

All materials are delivered with an easyglide® reverse side offering excellent glide properties, problem-free robot feed, optimum wall thickness distribution.
