Senoplast Klepsch & Co. GmbH endeavors to establish and expand our product offer on the world markets through consistently delivering high quality and reliability of those products. For Senoplast, quality refers not only to the products themselves, but also to the quality of service and business processes.
Quality is seen as exceeding customer expectations.
Because of our focus on delivering or exceeding customers expectations, we are completely focused on continuous improvements in all aspects of our business. This, in turn, shapes the quality policy and thus helps the company ensure its long term success.
Quality features such as dimensional accuracy, colour, surface quality, quality of surface protection films, layer thickness distribution for composite panels and composite films are always monitored by trained quality inspectors and production employees.
Other production-related tests, such as measurement of the surface gloss, the roughness of high-gloss surfaces, the corona treatment, the fracture behavior and the preload are carried out product-specific or at the customer's request. Measurement data can be statistically processed using software. If required, machine and process capability tests are carried out for individual product features.
New raw materials are subjected to a detailed qualification test before their definitive use in series. All procedures are based on the standards of the quality management systems of the ISO 9001 family.
